DMCA Takedown Policy

JAV Frog respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed on our website.

Notice of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that material on JAV Frog infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice containing the following information to our designated agent at [email protected]:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including a URL on JAV Frog where it appears.
  4. Your contact information, including an address, telephone number, and an email address.

Counter Notice

If you believe that material removed from JAV Frog is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner to post the material, you may send a counter notice to [email protected] with the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

Repeat Infringers

JAV Frog will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.
